Ms. Fuente graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with a degree in Public Accounting in 1981. She has taken several courses in the areas of Management, Strategic Planning, Foreign Trade, Marketing and Information Technology, not only in Argentina but also abroad (Hong Kong, London, Brighton, and California). She has more than 50 years of experience in the international financial markets, holding different relevant corporate positions.

She was the first female bank manager in Argentina in 1968. Since then, she held several management positions within Lloyd’s Bank Argentina and was promoted as Deputy General Manager in 1993. In 1994 she founded Gaddi & Asociados, an external private banking consultancy, where she worked for 22 years.
